Sacramento County, Calif., Seeks New CIO

Initial interviews are tentatively scheduled for mid to late March with a final candidate to be selected in April 2008.

Sacramento County, California's CIO Pat Groff will be retiring in March, according to a note from David Devine, director of personnel services. "To find a successor for Pat's position, the county has retained the services of Alliance Resource Consulting to conduct an executive search for the Chief Information Officer," continued the note. "If you are interested in this position, or know of any individuals who may be interested in this position, go to Alliance Resource Consulting and the job announcement."

The final date to submit resumes to Alliance Resource Consulting is February 29, 2008, said Devine. Initial interviews are tentatively scheduled for mid to late March with a final candidate to be selected in April 2008.
