The Commonwealth of Virginia's annual Innovative Technology Symposium (COVITS) was held Sept 7-9 in Williamsburg, Va., hosted by Commonwealth CIO Aneesh Chopra on behalf of Governor Tim Kaine. "Delivering on the Promise" was the theme of this year's symposium, held in partnership with e.Republic's Government Technology magazine and Center for Digital Government.
