ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - Quest Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: QSFT) today announced the addition of several enhancements to Foglight®, its industry-leading application performance monitoring product. "Literally within an hour, Foglight made the process of collecting and categorizing our data much easier," reported Brian Garavuso, executive vice president of national marketing and chief information officer, Diamond Resorts International®. "Most similar tools require an extensive learning process where you have to dedicate a top-notch staff member to figure it out and get it all up and running, but Foglight worked seamlessly right out of the box."
In this new edition of Foglight, the expanded User Experience Management capabilities provide businesses with the ability to manage online revenue and conversion rates in real time, analyze trends in customer buying patterns and understand how application usability, performance, functionality and content affect conversion rates.
"This recent update to Foglight is our latest step toward unifying IT and the business," said Carl Eberling, vice president and general manager, virtualization and monitoring business unit, Quest Software.
