Pinellas County, Fla., -- a top finisher in the last two Digital Government Achievement Awards (DGAA) -- received its 2011 award in a special presentation Oct. 11.

This year, Pinellas received recognition for its county Web portal, and eTownHall.
e.Republic's Center for Digital Government has for 16 years recognized outstanding agency and department Web sites and projects through the DGAA. The award was presented by Daphne Dilbert of AT&T, one of this year's underwriters.
