The Center for Digital Government, Digital Communities Program and the National Association of Counties (NACo) invite you to participate in the 12th Annual Digital Counties Survey!

The online survey is open to all U.S. counties. Top-ranked counties will recieve the Digital Counties Survey award and will be honored at a reception during NACo's annual conference.

Awards are based on four population classifications. The awards reception will be held during the National Association of Counties' Annual conference July 11-14 in New Orleans.
